THE UAE CAPITAL REVIEW 2026

Data bank

The first reading of the Two Market Monitor, published in machine-readable form with the gaps left visible. Dubai 2026 data below covers Q1; Abu Dhabi covers H1. They are not directly comparable periods.

A blank or “not published” cell is not zero. It means the registry or research house did not publish that measure for the stated period.

Comparability warning

Dubai's 2026 column is one quarter and Abu Dhabi's is two. The registries also use different reporting conventions. Dubai's investment subset has no published definition; Abu Dhabi separates investment-zone activity in a way Dubai does not. No price series is combined across the two markets.

The series will be republished in later editions on the then-current data pull, with revisions disclosed rather than silently adopted.
