This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website and how it is used.
Data collected
This website does not sell personal data. On the English UAE Capital Review funnel, optional Meta advertising measurement is loaded only after you choose Allow measurement. If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and access to the publication is unaffected. Personal data is collected when you choose to make contact, request the review, request a private briefing, or book a call.
Purpose
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange a meeting. When you explicitly allow advertising measurement, limited conversion data is also used to measure campaign effectiveness.
Third-party services
Scheduling is handled by Calendly and the site is hosted by Netlify. Forms are processed through Netlify Forms and transactional emails may be delivered through Resend. When advertising measurement is accepted, Meta receives measurement events and hashed contact identifiers for deduplication and attribution. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to monaco.arnaud@gmail.com.
